Brewster Adventures - Cowboy's Barbecue & Dance Barn

A Western Barbecue at the Brewster Cowboy's Barbecue and Dance Barn is the ideal event for incentive or corporate groups and special private functions. Built in 1996, in honour of the Brewster Cowboys for over 100 years, the Dance Barn provides authentic Western atmosphere and entertainment. Our reputation for quality food, friendly service and rustic western facilities make for an unforgettable Western Canadian experience.

The Brewster "Hip of Beef," the family specialty, is 30 to 40 lbs. of beef rolled and aged especially for our Barbecues. Prepared in large barbecue ovens and basted in natural juices, the roasts are carved for guests in our buffet serving lines. A highlight is seeing the meat transported by "pitch fork" to the buffet tables.

Winter Sleigh Rides or Summer Wagon Rides Transportation to the Dance Barn Take a Horse-drawn sleigh ride along the lakeside trail to the end of majestic Lake Louise and see views of the Chateau Lake Louise and spectacular, natural mountain scenery. On traditionally styled sleighs, featuring cozy, upholstered seats and blankets to keep you warm and comfortable. Large groups can be transported from The Chateau Lake Louise. Summer groups are transferred on horse drawn wagons. Transfers to Dance Barn from Chateau Lake Louise and return - $10.00 per person * All participants in horse drawn rides must read and sign indemnity wavier. Dance Barn Booking Details

 All prices are net, non-commissionable and subject to applicable taxes and 15% service charge

 Meal Prices are based on a minimum of 60 people

 Groups fewer than 60 people are required to pay a minimum of $3000.00 plus transfers and entertainment

 All out of house entertainment not booked by Brewster Cowboys’ Barbecue and Dance Barn is subject to approval and a 15% service charge

 An initial deposit will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your function date. This deposit will include the cost of all entertainment that has been booked on your behalf. The amount of the deposit depends on the size of the group and the entertainment options that are requested.

Winter Sleigh Rides and Summer Trail Rides
with Brewster Lake Louise Stables

Explore the Rockies from the back of a horse... for an up close look at some of the most famous views in the world, take a half-day trail ride and visit the Plain of Six Glaciers Tea House or Lake Agnes View Points.

View Points
On the full day ride, explore Paradise Valley, the Giant Steps, Lake Annette and the Horseshoe Glaciers. Or even experience the "Special High Line Trail" Ride that takes you to both the Lake Agnes and Plain of Six Glacier Tea Houses.

 

Sleigh Rides
Both day and evening Sleigh Ride excursions are equally charming. A horse-drawn sleigh ride is a perfect way to enjoy this winter wonderland during family outings, wedding parties, conventions and holidays.

The season for sleigh rides starts mid-December and goes to early April, weather (and snow cover) permitting. Advance reservations are recommended for group bookings. During the busy Christmas week (December 21-January 2) and for Valentine’s Day, advance reservations are recommended.
